Basic Training

Generic guideline on how to create your own workout program, suggestions on what to change in your current training regimen based on your goals. This consists of the intitial consultation, and a basic 8-week guide. You will be given the tools to succeed, but success is driven by your determination to acheive it.
The basic program is designed for beginners who are new to weights and exercise and those who are returning after a long period of inactivity. The level of intensity is low, but high enough to keep you motivated and challenged.

Iron Apprentice

I provide workouts to follow at your discretion throughout the week. You will be given weight training exercises to do, with the # of sets, # of reps, what tempo to follow and how long to rest in between sets. Weight exercises are to be done in order as written. Cardiovascular exercises will be scheduled for the week, you will fill them in when time permists.
I will give you what workouts to do that week, and you fit them in as you can. i.e. "This week hit workouts 1, 2 and 3 and get X amount of cardio in"

I provide workouts to follow (as above), exactly as written. Meaning I write out 8 weeks’ worth of workouts, you do the exact workout and cardio on that specific day, not when you can fit it in that week. i.e. "Monday, do workout 1 with specific cardio", "Tuesday do workout 2 with specific cardio".
Every week will be different, but you will know what workout I have planned for your everyday throughout the entire 8 weeks. This is specifically to target a metabolic response that I want. This will take the guess work out of it. I plan your workouts for you around work/school/vacation/events you have. |
