Tricia Bailey, NCTMB, NASM-CPT is a Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Youth/Teen/Adult Sports Performance Enhancement Coach, Performance and Metabolic Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer, Writer and athlete herself who lives to educate, motivate and inspire people of all ages. Tricia is the Founder of TAB Massage and Fitness in Howell, MI, where she and her wonderful team focus on Massage and Bodywork Therapy, Personal Training, Sports Performance Enhancement, Nutrition and Wellness Classes to transform the bodies, inside and out of the vast clientele. Tricia completed her massage and bodywork training at Irene s Myomassology Inst in Southfield, MI and her Certified Personal Training and Corrective Exercise Certifications through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She then continued her education learning Myoskeletal Alignment Technique's by Erik Dalton, D.O. As a former collegiate athlete herself and a her never ceasing will to master the Biomechanics and Kinesiology of the Human Body, she is able to offer a unique blend of services.
Tricia's degrees and certifications are numerous, but it is her passion, focus, commitment, leadership, and experience that allows her to get the most out of people. She is determined to motivate people to healthier living and reaching a more abundant life through stress reduction and an active lifestyle. Tricia works with many youth and collegiate athletes, high profile professional athletes as well as your stay-at-home moms and dad's, corporate workers or skilled trade workers looking to live happier, healthier and pain free. Tricia's dream is to create a center that combines elite athlete performance training, personal training, nutrition, and massage & bodywork under one roof. Her philosophy incorporates a holistic approach to performance. She believes one must be aligned physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to live to your fullest potential.
Tammy Logan
Massage Therapist
Tammy Logan has been married to her husband, Kevin, for seventeen years and have four children. She began her journey into the healing arts with a mission to help herself and family and later discovered the joy, excitement, and intense desire to share what I have learned and continue to learn with all I come in contact with.
Tammy's journey began at Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, MI, and will continue, she imagines, until the day that she dies! She cannot express the wonder she feels in all the different types of bodywork that encompass massage. Tammy has had instruction in Swedish massage, Shiatsu, carpal tunnel therapy, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial therapy, Reflexology, Reiki (Master/practitioner), as well as several other complimentary modalities. She has an incredible respect for the amazing workings of the human body, mind and soul and the incredible story that each individual comes to her with. Tammy is very excited to be aligned with TAB Massage and Fitness! It is always wonderful when you are able to find others who are as dedicated to the same objectives as you are and am looking forward to many years of growth and service.
Scott Runyon
Massage Therapist
Scott Runyon understands massage as a ministry and a profession offering a unique opportunity to integrate the whole person working toward healing and balance in life. Scott's intention in life centers around his commitment to bring wholeness, healing and love into the world.
Scott received the foundation of his training at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy where he graduated in 1998 and also taught massage therapy for four years. He is committed to ongoing education and has received certification in Orthopedic Assessments & Sports Massage and completed two levels of CranioSacral Therapy training among many workshops and conferences. In addition to results-centered massage therapy sessions, Scott has been doing On-Site Seated Massage since 1997 in homes and businesses, on movie sets and for special events. He works with people in pain as well as those who are looking to simply let go and relax. Scott has a long history of volunteering with the Michigan Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association out of his commitment to make a difference in the world.
Maria Reisner
Massage Therapist
Maria has always been amazed at the way massage benefits us on the physical, psychological and emotional levels. Her goal is to make her client’s lives more fulfilling by bringing relief from chronic pain, sports injuries and the regular aches and pains of life. Using a variety of massage techniques, Maria is able to customize each massage to the needs of the individual, for maximum benefit.
Maria is a 2010 graduate of the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy, where she remains on staff as a teaching assistant. Maria holds certifications in Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy, and is currently studying Thai Massage. She lives in Novi with her husband Larry, where they are both Paid on Call Firefighters for the Novi Fire Department.
Kristine Glover
Massage Therapist
Kristine Glover has been happily married to Dale Glover for 12 years this November sharing a daughter Lindsey, 19, step daughter Kristy, 31, and a stepson Jeff who is 26. Kristine has always had an interest in pursuing massage therapy. Shortly after being laid off from her previous job, she chose to receive her education from the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy. Kristine is a certified Myofascial Therapist and trained in Neuromuscular Therapy with experience in Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai, Sports massage and Reflexology. Her passion and enjoyment for massage therapy has validated her decision to become a certified massage therapist and is eager to continue her learning endeavor. Kristine finds it very rewarding to know that Massage is more than just a means to make her clients feel good; it provides many other benefits such as pain management, stress relief, sport related performance, increase blood flow and circulation of lymph. My focus in massage is to help people understand and deliver the many health benefits from Massage Therapy.
On a personal level, Krisine enjoys spending time with family and their 2 dogs, Jasmine and Duke. She also loves sharing good times with good friends. Her passion for the outdoors is driven by living close to a state and metro park, which makes it easy for her family to enjoy nature, ride bikes and other outdoor activities.
Cathy Owens
Yoga Professional
Cathy is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) and received her training at Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica as well as Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. In addition to teaching a full schedule of group yoga classes, Cathy also offers private instruction for the individual who wishes to develop a personal yoga practice designed specifically for their own needs and style.
Group sessions offer a variety of postures (asanas) in a gentle flow that is tailored to each group’s experience level. Geared towards building strength and flexibility, these sessions combine meditation with movement to increase mental and physical well-being. For those who still wish to enjoy the benefits of yoga and meditation but, may be facing physical challenges… Cathy offers her own personal style of ‘Chair Yoga’ several times a week. No longer does ‘sitting out’ mean missing all the enjoyment of yoga!

Sara Edmonds came to us just in the nick of time. Her organizational skills and friendly personality has helped TAB provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Sara is currently attending Ferris State University for a degree in business. She has a passion for the outdoors and loves to spend her time enjoying it. Sara is an active participant of Yoga to which she says keeps her healthy and vibrant. Along with her passion for the outdoors, Sara is an accomplished artist and music lover.
